Easy handling and positioning    
The Practix 160's lightweight construction, short wheel base and maneuverable rear wheels ensure swift and easy access to the patient. It can be positioned without difficulty between narrow rows of beds due to it's side travel capability. The x-ray tube assembly can easily be positioned and allows projections to be made of all parts of the body. 32 individually adjustable APR (anatomical programmed radiography) programs simplify and accelerate your applications. The modern concept makes work pleasant for both the radiographer and patient.   
   
Applications    
The Practix 160 microprocessor-controlled 16kW X-ray converter generator makes all types of applications possible. High mAs capacity and short exposure times provide high quality images for reliable diagnosis. With its excellent maneuverability and easy positioning, Practix 160 is particulary suitable for routine work, including thorax examinations in the cramped conditions of intensive care and recovery rooms.

The brake is also integrated. The extremely low base, combined with the ability to move parallel to the bed, means that the X-ray tube unit of Practix 100 can be easily positioned at any part of the body while the patient is lying in bed or in an incubato
